Dumbbell Incline Chest Press

This is a multijoint exercise for the chest, shoulders, and triceps.

1) Lying with your back on the bench, bring the dumbbells to your shoulders in a pronated grip (Thumbs toward each other) Straighten your arms using your chest muscles.

2) Lower the weight by bending your arms and moving the dumbbells apart. The ending point can be somewhere between the upper chest and the lower chest.

 

TIP! Be carefull when you lift the dumbbells from the floor to your starting position.

Place the weights on your thighs, arms bent, so that you can move with your back well protected.
