Bent over Sandbag Row
The sandbag bent-over row is a exercise for those with a intermediate level of physical fitness and exercise experience. The sandbag bent-over row is a total body exercise that primarily targets the middle back and to a lesser degree also targets the biceps and lats.
Grab the sandbag on the outside of each side (or the handles if bag has handles).
Bend over at the waist with your arms hanging down and pull the sandbag to your chest and then lower back down.
Repeat for the number of repetitions your plan contains.
